Terms of Use

Role of the app
WidgetMix is an assistive tool that organizes information obtained from devices and external services. It does not guarantee the accuracy, update time, notification time, or continued availability of displayed information.
Paid access, free trial, and purchases
The app is preparing for its App Store release. Downloading will be free, but all main features require paid access. Eligible users can use all main features during a 14-day free trial of the monthly plan. After the trial, an active monthly subscription or a one-time purchase is required.
Planned monthly / one-time prices are JPY 100 / JPY 1,000 in Japan, USD 1 / USD 10 in the United States, AUD 1 / AUD 10 in Australia, and CAD 1 / CAD 10 in Canada. For all regions, including South Korea and Taiwan, the App Store purchase screen determines the actual local price, trial eligibility, and purchase terms. Planned distribution is limited to these six regions and excludes the EU.
Purchases and payments are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system. The monthly plan renews automatically. After the free trial, it continues at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled. If you do not want to continue, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends in iPhone Settings, under your Apple Account's Subscriptions. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
A one-time purchase has no automatic renewal. It does not automatically cancel an existing monthly subscription. If you no longer need the monthly plan, cancel it yourself through Apple's subscription management.
When no valid entitlement remains, access to main features is restricted, but expiry alone does not delete settings or saved data. Purchases can be restored using the Apple Account that made them. Before purchase and after expiry, the Premium screen still provides Google integration removal and web login data deletion.
External services
Some features use an unofficial, on-device method to read a webpage where the user has signed in rather than an official API. Website changes, logout, access restrictions, and changes to third-party terms may make such features unavailable. Users should review the terms of each external service.
Weather information
Real-time weather information may differ from actual conditions. Check official public information in an emergency.

Trademarks
Names and trademarks including Apple, Google, Gmail, Claude, Codex, and ahamo belong to their respective owners and do not imply partnership with or endorsement of this app.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app. Features, supported services, and these terms may be changed or discontinued as necessary.
